Recently,
during the Phase 1 Test Period of our Legacy I had a problem with the
Electronics International MVP50 engine monitor. They spent many hours with
me troubleshooting, only to find the problem was an installation error. My
lack of knowledge about all things electrical did not help, but they hung in
there. In 27 years of aviation I have never had more after the sale
service and patience. This seemed like a good time to credit
exceptional service.
