I was slightly wrong (confused as usual) on how the fire started (see
prior e-mail or text below). Thanks to Jim for straightening that
out. On landing a Page AZ airport, dalt 7700, the airplane porpoised
(PIO?) and slammed down causing the nose gear to collapse. The fire
started as the plane ground forward on its nose during "rollout. See the

I am trying to contact the airport manager about the fire since the NTSB
report did not say how it was extinguished. I was sitting on this
correction until I got the dope and I'll pass that on as your humbled
servant if I can complete the story.
