Thanks to Jim for straightening that out. On landing a Page AZ airport, dalt 7700, the airplane porpoised (PIO?) and slammed down causing the nose gear to collapse. The fire started as the plane ground forward on its nose during "rollout. See the NTSB report at: _http://www.ntsb.gov/ntsb/GenPDF.asp?id=LAX03CA257&rpt=fa_ (http://www.ntsb.gov/ntsb/GenPDF.asp?id=LAX03CA257&rpt=fa) Airport details at: _http://www.airnav.com/airport/KPGA_ (http://www.airnav.com/airport/KPGA) I am trying to contact the airport manager about the fire since the NTSB report did not say how it was extinguished. I was sitting on this correction until I got the dope and I'll pass that on as your humbled servant if I can complete the story.
