I had the same problem on my M20K, after several run ups and nothing, I
finally decided to run the engine on the ground for over an hour.  I was
able to find a tiny pin hole leak on the oil cooler, all the other times I
would run for 15 or so minutes and nothing, after flying for 3 hours, I
would see a little evidence of oil on the bottom.  Check your oil cooler,
you may need to get the oil hot.  Good luck.
