Hi

I'm not flying yet, but a good friend had the same problem and fixed two
weeks ago, after chasing it for 400+ hours.

The problem was that the curved skin that the lead half-round attach to did
not have enough stiffness. He removed the ailerons and add a 2 ply web in
the D-section, rebalanced and voila... smooth as silk.
