I download, unzip each file into a common directory and then combine
everything into one file via:

COPY *.TXT TOTAL.TXT

In the future, I download again, unzip again into the same common
directory, and that just puts more .TXT files there leaving the ones from
the prior session intact. I delete the TOTAL.TXT file and then repeat the
COPY shown above to form a larger TOTAL.TXT file.

Then use Notepad on the TOTAL.TXT file. That way I avoid installing another
application, and learning how to use it. I use what is already familiar to me.
