Sounds pretty good Doug, though your temp spreads are a bit unusual. I started with similar spreads but opposite to what you have; I had cool oil but hot water. As soon as I got the water temperature under control the two pretty much track each other. In winter
operations I can create the same spread as yours by restricting air flow through my oil cooler, as I use it to scavenge cabin heat.
Yes, it takes quite a while to get used to the rotary sound and build faith in your power plant. Getting the operating temps where you want them is a huge relief and a large leap in the direction of faith.
