My IVO is a three blade, in-flight adjustable.  Each blade is 33 inches from the center of the hub, thus a 66 diameter.  I have a new set of blades in my other hangar that, IIRC are 34 inches, however, I hesitate using them as I will be concerned about prop clearance from the ground.

Geesh, this aging thing is for the birds, but, IIRC my pitch range is the 45 - 105.

There is a way to limit the range which I will likely need to do once I understand how everything works together, that should allow me to limit the flatness of the prop to a more useful starting point.

Great to hear Chris !!...........Hang in there.........Curious as to your "IVO" diameter, number of blades and what pitch range
your blades are (30 to 90 or 45 to 105) ??.............<:)

I was starting to get nervous about my engine out record being broken{:>)

Play it safe stay close and climb to altitude circling the field.  I climbed to 5000 MSL once after a bad case of SAG within 1/2 mile radius of the airport - altitude is always your friend.

Well, it took several months and countless frustrations following an engine out a while back; but I flew my N/A 13b powered Velocity SE today. Just one circuit at Pearland Municipal -LVJ (formerly Clover Field).

I have yet to notice any squawks and the engine seemed smooth and responsive. I had to coursen the IVO in-flight adjustable prop a bit as I noted engine speed a bit over 6500 rpm and prop kissing 2800 (not sure the exact corresponding numbers hoe the two cuz when I saw 6500, I throttled back and then noticed the high prop speed on the Dynon SkyView.

I need to down load the Dynon data log and see what I may have missed.

I figured some of y'all may be curios.

All the best,
