I have been mixing mine at 50/50
Super-Tech 2-stroke and Marvel Mystery Oil at a rate of ¾ oz of the mix per gallon.
After reading about MMO a little, I plan to eliminate it from the mix and go
back to just 2-stroke oil.
It seems that the Marvel is that it is more
Mystery than oil. :>)

mix ratio
And Mark, my math (75 G * 4 qts / 2 qts) says you are
mixing at 150:1 … seems a bit light.
Perhaps I’m mixing too strong 22 L / .2 L =
110:1, one Gerry can at t time.
Jeff;
I expect it varies with installation and
typical operating conditions, but I find with my NA 20B anything over ¾
oz/gallon (170:1) results in increase oil level in the pan; and dilution of the
expensive Mobile 1. I use the Super-Tech
(TCW3) 2-stroke oil. I would think the TCW3 spec is more consistent with our
operating conditions than oils speced for high performance air-cooled 2-cycle
engines; but I’d be interested if someone has better info on the subject.
