mixing at 150:1 … seems a bit light.

I expect it varies with installation and
typical operating conditions, but I find with my NA 20B anything over ¾ oz/gallon
(170:1) results in increase oil level in the pan; and dilution of the expensive
Mobile 1. I use the Super-Tech (TCW3) 2-stroke
oil. I would think the TCW3 spec is more consistent with our operating
conditions than oils speced for high performance air-cooled 2-cycle engines;
but I’d be interested if someone has better info on the subject.
