I too could not find the original poster, but the following did fit with a little elongation of the holes.  I have to caution you though, I have yet to start the engine.

I used the following from summit( but they dont seem to stock it any longer ):

FMS-M-8592-A429

T-STAT HOUSING 429/460

However, the same Ford 429/460 lookup yielded:
