Earls was eaten by the Holley monster. If you go to the Holley web site you can find all the Earls parts they are still making.

Doug, Earl Performance once made a housing that would bolt on to the 13B thermostat housing.  The part number I have is  166106.  They are hard to find now a days but here are two sources I found on the net.

Do I remember right that a member once posted that Ford sold a neck that would bolt onto the top of a 13B thermostat housing?  I tried an archive search and couldn't get any hits on it...
