John;

I’m using a Moroso cap; http://www.moroso.com/catalog/categorydisplay.asp?catcode=29113 which I got from some racing products dealer.  It fits a standard filler neck which I probably got at the same place on-line.  For that cap I used a nice machined aluminum filler neck; for the standard 15-16# cap I used a less expensive neck that is formed from sheet stock.

Al, I looked today and could not locate a pressure cap with more than 16# capacity.  Mazdatrix has caps listed without the pressure.  Where is the source for the higher pressure caps.  JohnD

        At the moment scratching head on the simplest way to hang muffler on rubber mount from tube and fabric airframe.  I believe I'll need some SS sheet w/fiber frax to ward off becoming a flaming turkey
