I decline to answer that question on the grounds that a particular one of
them might find out about it.
After I read the drawing and explain it. Suggest optional material, or a
completely different solution to the problem. Contact the correct military
engineers to request comments and suggestions, compile the total compendium of
possible outcomes, and suggest the few that make sense, and write up the the
history of the complaint, with the number of varaints and total end items
affected. Collect suggestions from trusted commercial outlets with history in
the area, and estimate costs for typical quantities of expected procurements.
Include machine time costs and PPI data to construct a cost estimate, and
assist in wording
(write it for her) the answer. A normal person would become bitter. But
not me. I retired.
I only deal with one of that group now, and she is way smarter than me.
As God intended.

I'm with you Lynn - I think women are way smarter than men.
This then would flow through Female Engineers as well.
You will notice how they ( women) instinctively prick-up their
ears when men launch into some technical discussion and how they show
special interest in the technical side of things - they may not always
say much but when they do, you would be sure that it makes complete
sense.
Their much better communicators and debaters than men, their natural
talkers ( just watch them sometimes) and intent listeners. I don't know
of one man that can speak as well and listen at the same time (all of them, at
the same time) - how do they do that?
Memory, they have the most wonderful memory. I tell you I can't remember
half of what my wife can, but if she says so I'm sure it must be right. They
can also read minds, well they must do as they expect men to and we just can't
get to that intellectual level.
Did I mention debaters, well their most wonderful at that, a man tends to
throw his hands in the air and give up, their logic is just too -?? good?
I remember one day my wife gave me such a hammering, she wasn't going to cave
in either - in the end she actually argued against her original argument. I
didn't have to say a word - I think I learned that day that we can't compete
with that level of intelligence.
