Marc,
They are available from McMaster-Carr in bags of 60 for $13 (p/n
94115K030). They are 1/16" diameter x 1.625" id. The drawing on the
"other site" shows the id of the groove to be 1.663, so these were the
closest, and seem to be a perfect fit.
While installing my cooling system, I've nicked my share of these
things, only to discover a leak after filling the system. So, you need
to be very careful when sliding the sleeves over the o-rings. I
recommend you go ahead and order a bag and carry a few spares with you
for those unplanned field repairs. Sure would be a bummer to be ready
to go flying, except that you have a leaky o-ring and no spares.

I too could use a few of those. Care to get unload a few more?
