   You need to find somebody with a tool and cutter grinder who knows how
to use it. You might look for a tool cutter sharpening service in your area.
They can make that into the size reamer you need.
   You might can buy a proper sized one from MSC, Travers, or one of the
other industrial supply houses.
   Do not use the flapper wheel, it'll be anything BUT straight.  Mike C.

Mike,  the closest reamer I have located is a .5469 which is only
slightly too big.  It probably would work but if I could stay within
tolerances that would be better.  The bore  is sized to create the
right crush on the o-ring.  Pressurized fuel,  leaking is not  an
option.    Jerry
