Yes he recommends it. He ships without it
and says change to it after ground runs before first flight.

Thanks for the confirmation Chuck. Does he just want the
coolant flushed after the initial runs, and not want to waste the
expensive Evan's? Anyway, this is the largest aircraft usage
of NPG short of Rotax.
Maybe the question should be- who sells a liquid cooled
aircraft engine and DOESN'T recommend NPG
