Joe,  if you bore a length of aluminum 1.375 (turn the o.d. as well)
and then anneal it, the bell shape  can be pressed in.  Ed Klepeis can
do it for  you.  Here is a pic of mine.  Ed would probably like to
specify the aluminum grade.     Jerry
