Why don’t we call it a “Rotary Technical Advisor” program. There are Composite, tube and fabric, first flight etc. flight advisors under the EAA umbrella. Insurance companies look favorably on participation in such “programs”. If each state or region has one or two such “advisors”, it may help down the road if you show in your log book one or two inspections from the advisor?
