So if you have any additional pics showing more
detail of the "jugs" and how they were mounted, the bell housing and an
overall picture of the PSRU/engine, I'd sure like to see them. You can send
them offline if you like.

Todd, I haven't forgotten you.  I'm just trying to get the pics together so that you'll have a complete handle on it.  This weekend was spent tearing a '86-'88 apart for spare parts.  I was stopped in my tracks when my makeshift 'big-nut-remover' didn't work.  Just got all bent out of shape without moving the nut.

Earnest,

If you don't have the 2 1/8" socket, hit a few pawn shops. I found one for $5 the day after I paid $23 for a Craftsman. Everything else was 'on hand'.

I made an 'adapter' with a piece of 1" square steel stock about 2' long, cut one end down to 3/4" with a bandsaw to fit the socket, supported the free end on a bucket & turned the whole affair with a big pipe wrench & a 4' cheater bar. 3" x3" angle bolted to the flywheel to hold the engine stable.
