I am about to have a set of exhaust flanges laser cut for my 20B.  I played with the shape and have one that a 1 7/8" OD pipe will fit without any significant stretching.  I plan to use the drop from the center as a form to shape the pipe so it will fit the hole more easily.  I'm guessing at this stuff, having never done it before.  I left myself .040" of circumference for slop.  My welder says he routinely stretches pipe to fit the flanges, but I wanted to play with AutoCAD.  I don't know if my exhaust ports match the 13b's, but I have some geometry to play with here.  I shoved clay in the port and measured from the plug.  The first set of 3 flanges cost $65 in 3/8" 304 S/S, so I am expecting these to be the same price.  I couldn't find a way to plot this file to a PDF, so you'll have to use a freebie AutoCAD viewer to see it.  If anyone thinks they want a set I'll ask about having more cut.
