    Here are some pictures of the 20B aftermarket to4 type ss manifold with a wastegate outlet. This unit was purchased from a racing shop in Japan. Part 4

The pictures look great, and that manifold can pass muster as a work of art...but does it break the design rules that I've learned from FlyRotary?


1) The pipes are welded to the outside of the flange.  Isn't this setup prone to cracking at the flange?

2) There isn't any built in stress relief.  Or is that the point in all the bends?
