Charlie,
Are you going to run the return line into the tank any distance, or are you
just going to stub it off after it goes through the plate?  My thoughts on
that are, as long as you keep the return line at the top of the tank you
should be ok.  I would think that keeping it above the fuel level there
wouldn't be any change in back pressure with tank level.  I know this would
only be a minute change from full to empty, but the variable would be gone.
I am about at the point where I've got to start messing with the pro seal.

I'm about to close the tanks on my RV-7.
Anybody see any problem with mounting the return fitting on the
removable access plate, along with the level sender & fuel pickup?
