John  That has always been the recommendation, and I personally know people who
have freed up seals with it.  That being said, there MUST be a better
solution, and PB may be it.  There are also cleaners that are specifically
made to de-carbon two stroke engines.  I'm sorry I don't have first hand
knowledge of this to pass along, but I'm hoping someone will step up here.   Cheers,

Amsoil Powerfoam works very well for this purpose, personal experience.
