I bought a set of similar switches from Pacific Coast Avionics last year.  I hope these are not part of the "unreliable competitors" since I preferred their size and aesthetics to the Lancair ones.  They are also white, engraved and internally illuminated.  Still in my parts bin so I have no field service report for you.
