At Lancair we follow any source of feedback with interest...
I certainly agree with Carsten on this. I have had a few occasions to call the factory for advice, apparent errors, two kit shortages and one (actual) bad part. In every case, I received personal attention, a new part, and consistently good advice. I have made some minor changes in my project, mostly to improve future maintainability; but the kit, instructions, and advice have been consistently well above what I expected, and significantly better than what I get in my day to day business dealings within the computer industry. I hope the Lancair folks continue to listen, fix what can be improved, and develop even better kits in the future. My brother is just about ready for a Legacy kit; I told him to wait just a bit more to let all of you fellow builders work on "refinements" for just a while longer. It's how the system works in my view.
