You can purchase a Brake Rivet Tool at any aviation suppy store. They will set the rivets and pop out the old ones. Costs around $35. Works great, especially when my partner lands our IV-P at 120 kts and taxis with 1500 RPM all the time!! We go through pads every 100 hours, and rotors every 400 hours. Tires last 100 landings (Goodyears).
