Guys, if I was confused before I am really away with the fairies now!  All
these posts on the esoteric question of where to put the datum for the
calculation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My problem is that I do not know what to do with the MAC measurement of 11%

to 29%

Hi Ian

MAC means, Mean Aerodynamic Chord.

Thus, as far as I know 11% MAC means a distance 11% of the chord length
measured from the leading edge of the wing.

So to convert your data I would measure it out to the wing, measure the Cord
length at the point you are working on (Leading edge to trailing edge) then
take 11 and 29% of that and mark it on the wing as well.
Presto !!
