One of th most important things. Make sure the instructor gets checked out
in the airplane. Having flown a high performance Mooney, Bonanza, etc. does
not qualify one to jump into a Lnacair 235 and start flying.

Get a pro to thoroughly inspect the airplane and GOFOR IT.
The instructor has evaluated you and he has no problem.
