I'm considering building a L-IVP. I live in the SF Bay area (San Carlos). A problem for me is space in which to do the project - my garage is tight (plus my wife isn't thrilled by doing it in the garage), and airport hangar space is non-existent (at least not acquirable via straitforward channels) in these parts. Does anyone out there have any kind of shop (or hangar) space in my vicinity they'd be willing to rent for a while? I've looked at small commercial space in this area and it's pretty expensive (~$2.00/sq ft/month), so I'm fishing for other ideas and alternatives.... Please contact me via email if you have any space that might qualify for me.
