Curtis, I also bonded on my wingtip on my 320. I felt the access through the nav lens was more than adequate. I didn't add any bid to the wingtip although I did use the structural adhesive. Be forwarned though that there was enough of a gap (an 1/8" gap that was adhesive) that later showed up after painting. I assumed it was the adhesive shrinking over time or a response of the paint and primer. I used the WLS primer and then the Dupont primer before having the plane professionally painted. I had the plane done in basecoat/clearcoat. Never had an adhesion problem with the paint but there were areas that you could see weave and the aforementioned problem. Mostly these areas could be seen though only if you knew to look for them...
