I'm sure that it would totally screw up the little splatters of color, but I think that it would be much easier and I'm not really concerned about how pretty the gear wells look. Has anyone tried brushing Zolotone? The guy at the paint store seemed to think that brushing it on wouldn't matter one bit....but I'm wondering if anyone has experience with it. Also, I was looking in the Aircraft Spruce catalog and they sell Zolotone. It states in the blurp that fiberglass does not require priming. So, I guess that confirms that question. Thanks for your opinions though...I really appreciate them. Another thing. My local paint store quoted me a price of $24.95 per quart of Zolotone. Aircraft Spruce sells a gallon for $55.00. I'd say that ACS has a pretty good price compared to what I can buy it for here in Spokane.
