I've installed MIL-H-6000 hose for my connection between the vacuum pump
and bulkhead connector on the firewall.  After several engine runs, I've
noticed a brownish film has appeared on the surface of the hose.  The hose
is rated to 250 F but I'm wondering if this is the wrong hose type for this
application.  What is the proper hose to use in the engine compartment for
the vacuum hose.  I have the same problem with the MIL-H-6000 hose for the
oil breather lines.
