He sells a kit (check RST's web site) for a very reasonable price that includes the copper tape, ferrite beads (if you're a believer), and a good little booklet that explains how to make various antennas and where to put them. On my first ES, I put a third copper tape antenna in the empennage for a COM, and it worked better than one of the Archer antennas. Also used copper tape for the AM/FM, and for MB. Dirt cheap and very effective.
