Hi everyone!
Please...specify the model aircraft you are talking about. The subject
line states nylaflow, but I don't see anywhere in my manual (lnc2) where
brake lines run inside the gear legs. PLEASE specify model aircraft in
future messages!!

inserted in the gear leg without removing the trunnion pin? You could then
add the hardware to the unfinished end on the job. The work to do that would
seem to be much shorter than the work to remove the trunnion.
