The sniffle valves are not blue or 90 deg. This must be a Lancair part. You only need a check/sniffle valve for the cylinder drains. It is common practice to tee the cylinder drains together. The cylinder drains allow excess fuel out of the intake port when the engine is primed with the electric boost pump during starting. The check feature prevents air from being drawn back into the intake port when the manifold pressure is below ambient, which is any time the engine is running. The manifold and fuel pump seal drains can be joined but should be routed separately from the cylinder drains. The seal drains may also have a duck-bill or similar feature to keep dirt and moisture out.
