Unfortunately I have had to deal with the FAA.  Several years ago I resvered
an N number for my upcoming LIV-P, and paid the annual $10 renewal fee.
Last year I noticed that the FAA did not send the billing for the renewal
and when I called, they informed me that they had accidentally given out my
number.  So sorry they said, but nothing we can do about it.  They like the
IRS play by their own rules.
