Greig Huggins has offered a nice chart on the Galvanic Series.  Note where Carbon Fiber (Graphite) is in relation to all other materials.  It is at the very high end of the scale, which I assume will readily act as a cathode to corrode everything below it, especially aluminum, which is at the anode end of the scale.
