Thanks for all the info. If I had to choose today, based on what I've seen in the last few days, I would use Nylaflow in the cabin for lightness, cheapness, and lack of reported problems (I'm not using a parking brake) but transition to the DH instruments tubing in the wheel wells for ruggedness under wind loads and heat tolerance. Might possibly choose Aeroquip 666 over DH in the wells if the price difference is as large as intimated.
Come see my plane at Oshkosh in a few years and see what I ultimately end up with!
