MS21042 "all metal stop nuts" are in the Aircraft Spruce catalog, p. 89.

10-32 are about the same price as the standard AN365 elastic stop nut (11 cents vs 10 cents each) but the 1/4-28 are about double the price (23 cents vs 12 cents each).
