  There is a little gizmo that was sold at one of the Lancair
forums at Oshkosh that you hook across any connection. When you turned it on there was an nice steady tone.  You then wiggled, bumped, and banged the connection.  If the tone changed you have a bad (intermittent) connection.  I am at work and can't remember the name or who to call about it but if you want to call in the evening I will give you the information. (936) 931-1311 or someone on the list may have the information.  There's a good story with the device.
