The EngineAir program based on a liquid cooled V-8 and associated Prop Speed
Reduction Unit (PRSU) was undertaken by Jim Rahm who proved yet again that
the best way to make a small fortune in aviation is to start with a large
one.  Jim got close to production status, shipped product, and then flat ran
out of money before the production ramp up could be completed.  However,
with support from enthusiastic customers (>90% participation) the business
has been restructured and reconstituted.  It is proceeding with new
facilities now under construction and progress on many fronts.

The PRSU proved to be the most difficult, time consuming, and expensive
challenge, but it has been successfully addressed with an advanced design
that offers light weight in a package with large design margins that has
been proven in flight testing and cross country racing.  It will now be
manufactured in aerospace facilities using aerospace processes and
methodology - expensive but necessary to ensure consistent, top quality.

There will be greater public disclosure of information at Sun and Fun.
Stay tuned.
