While the LML website received quite a few updates over the past several days I decided to expend a little extra effort on the Builders' List to make it a little friendlier for everyone.  When I took over that list from Rick Argente way back in '97, it had about 40 entries.  It was a single page of data and loaded up pretty quickly.  Since that time the Builders' List has accumulated almost 320 projects and there are more being added each week.  Under the old 3-page format the load time for each page had become pretty aggravating, so I decided to cut it up into 6 pages.  Needless to say, each page loads much quicker now.

I've also had a few emails from people asking me about the appropriateness of the old menu-bar, as it looked bit like a hi-tech signboard that had taken about a dozen phaser blasts... I decided to retire it and replace it with a new interface, with a new element thrown in to accommodate folks who couldn't find the submission link on the first Builders' List page.  I've also fine-tuned the frame targeting to eliminate the possibility of various browsers wanting to open up a new browser window for each page.

I hope you find the new feel of the Builders' List pleasing...  next on the agenda is the reopening of the Lancair Network News website.  Hang in there.
