Gentlemen,
Let me address the following:

Q--Proof, for example, would be side by side tests of identical engines with the only change being the ceramic coating. The tests would be done by a disinterested (read not financiallytied) third party on a calibrated dynamometer.

A--If you can supply the parts for a TCM IO-550 I'll provide the data.
