Quick question. Can you shed any light on the forced landing of the Cessna 210 equiped with the Continental FADEC while it was on its way to OSH? I heard through the rumor mill that there was some problem with the FADEC system and vapor lock. True? I originally blew it off, but then heard that another fellow who installed the same FADEC in his experimental has already had 4 in-flight engine stoppages, also attributed to vapor lock in the injectors on the cylinder heads. Any info on that? What sort of backup does the Cont FADEC build in for such problems? Thanks again for your insight.
