ONE MORE THOUGHT

i am naturally suspicious of low time airframes>>>WHY

1.  was it a bad build
2. builder scared of plane
3. some thing wrong fundamentally

EXAMPLE

a 4P with 10 hours and a Chevy engine has been for sale for years

if it takes 40-60 hours to fly off the required restriction of an Experimental
how many more hours were put on the airplane in the next 5-10-15 years

WHY

and nothing is static; parts deteroriate over time when just sitting

HEY

Cape Air is permitted by the FAA to use a TBO of 2,700 hours on their Continental TSIO 520's
because they are flown a lot every day
