The drain has a clear plastic valve wi= th a Ping pong ball device inside. When water fills it the ball floats and t= he valve opens draining the condensate. The drain goes overboard.

Unless you have the delrin blocks that you push tubes g= o through with almost no clearance the you will need boots. Ask someone to s= end you a photo of the delrin mod.

The pop off valv= e can go anywhere.

Lancair sell the smoke kits also= Aircraft Spuce (I believe).

I am working on sealing up my cabin and getting the pressurization g= oing in my ES-P

The electric air-condition mounted on the rear bulkhead= has a condensation drain that goes overboard through a =C2=BC=E2=80=9D hose= . Is this usually an issue? Does this need a control valve or should is drai= n to an internal tank?

When testing the cabin pressure control valve on= the ground but adjusting the panel controller back and forth, the motor and= gears move extremely slow. Is this normal?

On the ES-P, are rubber boo= t necessary on the elevator push rod that goes through the bushing in the re= ar bulkhead and the aileron control rod from the stick that goes through the= bushing into the sealed box?

&nbs= p;

Any suggestions on where to put the 6 PSI= pressure pop off valve? The is very little room on the pressure control val= ve box under the left rear seat.

&= nbsp;

Is there a good smoke source for findi= ng leaks when hooked up to the shop vac?

Thank you,

Tom Whalen<= /o:p>
