And the effectiveness of the= "War on Drugs" is of course another interesting topic.  Based on the = street price of many drugs, our efforts don't seem to be denting the supply= .  And if a guy wants to smoke some dope, I don't favor throwing him i= n jail at a cost of $40,000 + per year year to the taxpayers.=

Just trying to inject som= e levity into the situation.

Uh, not to miss the point - the DHS, like the NSA and telephones, = ;is=20 monitoring every flight - without any basis more than suspicion of a f= uture=20 crime.  Hey, it's a free country and even the DHS can fly wherever it = wants=20 - even if that means following you.
 
Just think of all the LSA cross-country flights that are suspicio= us -=20 flying low and stopping at "small" airports.
