I'm thinking the same as Ron Laughlin;  at least 10's of millions of dollars spent on this intercept program, but it finally yielded some results.  Yep, a couple of suitcases of weed.  
WOW!! What success!!  
Probably less than 1/10th of 1 percent of all the pot that crosses the country every day.
