I think it cost around $75. I feel it was well worth it= . Such a poor design in the first place, what a pity. So, the screws hold t= he handle in position, but the pins take the shear loading. Applied loctite= to the tiny screws. The finish was damaged on the handle where the welding= was done, but it is not easily noticeable. I had sheared several screws before coming up with this solution. Has been i= n service with no squawks for 4 years.
